Action Step: Practice a boundary phrase like, “I can’t take that on right now, but thanks for thinking of me.” Every “no” to what drains you is a “yes” to what fuels you.
Create a Guilt-Free Priority List
Your to-do list doesn’t have to overwhelm you. Focus on three priorities: one for work, one for home, and one for YOU.
Action Step: Plan tomorrow’s list tonight, including something that lights you up maybe its a walk, journaling, or an uninterrupted coffee. Prioritizing yourself is essential, not a luxury.
