When we work together, we go all in.
We start with clarity.
We’ll get laser-focused on what’s actually going on, in your career, your habits, your energy, and your chemistry. I’ll help you see the real patterns that are keeping you stuck, not just the symptoms.
We focus on evidence-based behavioral change.
My coaching approach uses evidence-based methods from cognitive and behavioral science to help you build new habits, shift patterns of thinking, and create sustainable change.
We have a call every week.

During each session, we’ll check progress, troubleshoot challenges, go over your daily writing, and make sure your habits are syncing with your physiology.
We are in email contact daily.
Not only do we have a live call every week, we are in daily email contact Monday-Friday.
You’ll have daily writing assignments to help you observe and evaluate your own thinking, and together we'll identify the thought patterns that are holding you back.
You send them to me daily and I provide feedback and direction.
We design a plan that works for real life.
