Marketing Genius
Jul 11, 2009Okay, so I'll be the first to admit that I don't have a lot of knowledge about marketing, but am I way off base here to think that this is a little odd?
I went in to a popular chain drug store to pick up a prescription and on my way back to the pharmacy this caught my eye. I had to look at it twice to make sure I read it right. Who was the genius behind this?
If I had a dollar for every time I wished for a convenient snack while walking the dog! Eggrolls with dipping sauce (though very tasty) are really a bitch when you've got a leash in one hand and are trying to pick up dog poop with the other. But with sunflower seeds? Just pop a handful in your mouth!
It also makes me think I need a new marketing campaign.

Here's the brilliant part...as dorky as I thought this was, it got my attention and now I'm blogging about it.
