Research shows that we can catch each other's stress and negativity (Bergland, 2016).
So here's what I've got for you: I want you to write down a list of the people that you spend the most time with.
And then for every person on that list, on a scale of 1 to 10, how much positivity do they bring to your life? So 10 - ultimate positivity. 1- sucks it right out of you. And then what I want you to do is consciously think about how you can be spending more time with people that bring more positivity.
Because you know what else is contagious and spreads?
Joy, positivity and happiness.
